Cobwebs and barbed wire--somehow they're meant to go together.
Love the backlighting on this.
They do go together perfectly. Great.
I've been staring at this picture for awhile trying to put into words the connections that I make with this image, but not managing it. I want to say something both about that juxtaposition of the silk webbing and the steel barbs, but also about the defensive, barbed structures that remain somewhere back there, perhaps dusty and forgotten, but still in effect. But I wish I could say that a lot better.
